Our service team staffed by skilled craftmen take much pride in restoration of damaged surgicial instruments as they would do in the production of new instrument. The instrument service facility is located in our factory.

AFTER SALES SERVICE:

This is to certify that all "SURGIMENTS" branded surgical instruments(except micro surgical instruments) are guaranteed against inherent manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years and 1 year for all Tungsten Carbide range of products provided the instruments are used for the appropriate surgical use.Any instruments that has proved to be defective when used for it's normal surgical purpose will be repaired or replaced free of cost.We will replace or repair a damaged instrument if the damage is found to have been caused by a defect in workmanship or materials.The guarantee does not include normal wear and tear.This obligation is limited to servicing any instruments or part returned to the factory with prepaid transportation charges. Guarantee will not hold good for mishandling,improper usage and unauthorized handling..
